RETURNS

Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date of delivery, through the same method as the method of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALES

Custom-made or personalized items, such as special color, finish, or unusual size variations, cannot be returned. Please shop responsibly!

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to swap goods for a different size or color, you may do so by returning the items and then placing a new order for the desired size or color.

DELIVERY GONE WRONG?

If the parcel arrived damaged or the order is not complete, please contact us right away. Please attach pictures if possible and a description of what happened to our email address: support@premiumvestments.com.
