1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Below are our delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Regions: We currently ship to North America and South America only. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside these regions at this time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID. You can use this ID to monitor the status of your shipment from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we currently ship only within North and South America, there are typically no additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes associated with our shipments. However, if any additional charges arise, they will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within North America and South America. We do not offer shipping to any other locations outside these regions.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to our customer support team at support@premiumvestments.com. We’re here to help resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
